Dun da da!

Well, today marks my last day of teaching my last two blocks of the day!  And technically I am not even teaching, just giving out their assessment.  I seriously cannot believe how fast the time has gone, even though numerous people warned me about it...time still flew by so quickly!  Just because I am done full-time teaching does not mean that I am done here though.  I will spend the last three weeks of school observing and helping out in various classrooms throughout the school.  I am looking forward to seeing how other teachers run their classrooms because you never know where you might end up!

I am starting to get very excited for this weekend when I will be graduating from college!!  Friday night we have a school of education pinning ceremony, which I'm hoping will be more personal since it is just my education family. :) Then Saturday I will graduate at about 12:30.  Our ceremony is supposed to be outdoors but storms are in the forecast so it might be changed to indoors.  I'm a little bummed about that because that means only five people can be in the actual room where the ceremony takes place and everyone else will have to watch from a viewing room...Oh well!  Then right after graduation my family and significant others are all heading to the Dells for a night of fun and relaxation.  I cannot wait!!!

It is going to be very weird graduating over the weekend and then still having to come back to school, but I am glad that I get to see how the teachers end out the school year and it will be a better closure with my students then just leaving all of a sudden.

Still no word on any interviews yet, but I am hopeful that maybe I will here something in the next week or two...We'll see!

Cheers!
Amy Lynn
